Wrapping your cornhole in adhesive vynal makes sense

Wrapping your cornhole board in adhesive vinyl offers excellent protection against weather, scratches, and fading. All of our cornhole wraps are UV printed on premium adhesive vinyl, and then we put an addition laminated layer over the vinyl to protect the wrap. The laminated layer also gives your wraps a perfect slide for your cornhole bags. The biggest perk is with a laminated wrap, it is a peel, stick and done process. There is no need to mess around with  any additional coats of poly varnish over the wrap. However, if you are a board builder and want a non-laminated wrap, just ask. We can print yourcornhole wraps without the laminated layer.

The reason for the extra days is we need our designers to design it, and then we do not print until we get your approval. So watch your emails on any personlized wrap, as  we need your approval. Why do you use lamminated vinyl for your cornhole board wraps?

There are alot of vinyl options out there, so why did we decide to use a laminated vinyl for our cornhole wraps. That answer came with alot of testing. We found that the laminated vinyl really is perfect. The laminated layer not only protects the wrap from scratches, but it also gives the wrap a perfect layer for cornhole bags to slide on.

Why have an oversized cornhole board wrap option?

Our 24×48 wraps have a trim variance of .5″ meaning the process of printing and trimming the vinyl can contract and trim a little short. Typically we find most boards are manufactured a little smaller than a true 24×48, so our wraps cover the entire board or have a perfect fit, sometime they even have extra to trim off. But in a few rare instances we have had customer say they come up a fraction short when their boards are a true 24×48. If that is a concern, we also offer a oversized 25×49 size that will guarantee cover any regulation size corn hole board with excess to trim off.

Installation is easy.

We make installing your cornhole board wrap is easy. The laminated layer makes the wrap about 2x thicker than raw vinyl alone. This gives the cornhole wrap a thickness that is very easy to work with for installing. Raw vinyl can sometimes be very tricky to install. It wants to stretch and can almost be too thin to work with. The laminated vinyl wrap is a easy peel-and-stick process. Our cornhole wraps use a pressure activated adhesive, so it allows you to  reposition, if needed. And once you are happy with the placement,  you apply more pressure. The air realease of the vinyl makes pressing out any bubbles or creases simple. Once applied to your cornhole board, you can use a new razor blade to trim off any excess by using the edge of your board as a guide. Thenflip your board over and use the hole of your board to guide the new razor blade to trim out the cornhole board hole. NEW razor blade is key, as it will cut through the cornhole wrap with ease, where-as a old dull bade will pull and ruin the vinyl wrap.
