Yes, you heard us correct. You can custom design you own adhesive snowboard wrap, or let one of our expert designers design something for you. Our snowboard wrap are trimmed to 65″x15″ to give you excess vinyl to cut off. Insallation is easy and quick with our industry leading 3M vehicle wrap. You can either submit your own art at the proper specs (15″ x 65″ at 300 dpi), select an image from stock.adobe.com, or go full custom and put the design into the hands of our designers. The three options include: Customer supplied art that is press ready;  Art that is selected from stock.adobe.com, which is purchased  and sized to print by WrapCityBlue;  or highest level of custom professional design, where you give us the idea and we go to work.

IMPORTANT:
Wrap City Blue uses vehicle grade 3M adhesive vinyl for our snowboard wraps. Default print and trim size is up to 65″x15″. Please measure and input your snowboard’s actual dimensions in the text field below if you want the artwork sized to fit your board better. When we create your art, we round up the dimensions you input 1″ larger, then we add an additional 1″ (If you input 11.4″ x 56.2″, we would round up to 12″x57″, then add 1 more inch to 13″x58″ as the final print and trim size). We do this so you have a little extra vinyl to make it easier to position and install your wrap. Then simply  trim off the excess vinyl  with a NEW razor blade or Xacto knife by using the edge of your snowboard as a guide.  See below for full product details and description.

Ordering Process: What to expect

STEP 1: Place your order according to the art selection. Will you be sending us press ready art? Selecting images from stock.adobe.com, or having our professional designers design a complete custom snowboard wrap for you. The enter your snowboard's exact dimensions along with any design direction. Select the Gloss or Matte Laminate option.

STEP 2: We review your order if we see any issues with your requested dimensions, we email you to get clarification. No news is good news, so if you don't hear from us, that means it was all good and we moved on to prepping the art. Once our designers are done, they will email you a design to review and approve. Since this is acustom, design your own snowboard wrap, we wantt o make sure we get it right! We make any changes that are needed.

Step 3: We prep art to your size specifications.

Step 4: Your snowboard wrap prints and trims by the next business day.

Step 5: Your order ships FedEx 2-day air.

Product specifications

We pride ourselves on giving customers the highest quality snowboard wraps with the coolest designs. When you order your snowboard wrap, know that you are getting the 3Ms industry leading vehicle grade adhesive vinyl on the market. A vinyl that is industry-standard for wrapping vehicles boats with a 5 year + expectancy.

3M adhesive vinyl is perfect for outdoor items like snowboards.  Our wraps are printed with UV coating to protect the color from fading, then laminated to protect the vinyl. Installation is simple. Just peel and stick starting at the upper edge of your snowboard then apply as you would any sticker, pushing out any bubbles as you adhere to the board. The adhesive is pressure activated, so until you really press on your board, the wrap can be repositioned. And once you have it where you want, the vinyl's air release technology makes it easy to press and remove any wrinkles or bubbles. We recommend purchasing a vinyl application kit (like they sell for cars, which can be found on Amazon). Apply heat to contour your wrap to the snowboard edge, if needed. Trim any excess vinyl with a NEW Xacto knife or razor blade, dull bladed will pull the laminate and stretch the vinyl instead of slicing through it.

  • Vehicle Grade Outdoor and Indoor - Great for flat smooth surfaces. Printing is UV coated for protection and finished with a laminated film for an ultra smooth surface and the highest level of protection.
  • Boards NOT Included - These are the wrap | skin | sticker that goes on your snowboards. BOARD NOT INCLUDED.
  • Custom Laminated Vinyl Decal Snowboard Wrap/Skin/Sticker - up to 15"x65". Please also include  the actual dimension of your board. We will make the wrap 1" larger than your submitted measurements so here is room for placement adjustment during your installation. If no dimensions are specified we will ship out the 15"x65" size. You choose between the default gloss laminate (default) for a glossy polyeurothane look,  or the matte option for a duller finish for your snowboard.
  • 3M Print Wrap Films IJ180Cv3-10 Vinyl with Comply Adhesive (top-rated adhesive vinyl used industry-wide on cars, boats and products that need the highest level of durability, so it will stand up to anything your board can dish out.
  • Features a Controltac pressure activated adhesive for easy, positionable installation. Comply air egress allows bubble free application. Easy to apply due to the revolutionary Comply Adhesive

Returns:

We accept returns for any defect in printing or materials. We do not accept returns for installation errors or having a board that is larger than 15"x65" or if your exact measurement you provide are incorrect. However, if there are issues, please reach out to us as we try our best to figure out a solution or a replacement that makes everyone happy.
