We print FAST! For existing wrap designs, they print next business day to the dimensions you specify. You enter your boards widest and longest dimensions and we make the wrap 1″ larger, so it installs easy. After your custom size snowboard prints, it dries and ships Fed Ex Overnight. Why do you use vehicle grade vinyl on snowboards.

There are alot of vinyl options out there, so why did we decide to use 3Ms vehicle vinyl. That answer came with alot of testing. We found that alot of the non-vehicle grade vinyls were either too thin and did not give the protection and finish we wanted on the board. Or they were too thick and started to lift on the corners because the lamiate was too thick. The 3M vinyl is perfect. really, perfect. It is manufactured to adhere to the curves and grooves of cars and trucks, so it makes for a very strong adhesion on the contour of your snowboard. then factor in that the material is literally made to stand up to any harsh weather at high speeds, and we have a product that is perfect for snowboarding. Speed, snow, ice and cold, and our wraps hold up great. Don’t settle for anything less. Sure there may be cheaper wraps for sale, but the 3M vehicle grade vinyl is easy to install and a perfect fit for the abuse a snowboard takes.
